We deliver from our shop in Miri, Sarawak to addresses across Malaysia. Charges are calculated from the actual weight of your order plus a small packaging allowance — we don't mark up shipping for profit.

How we deliver

• Miri City delivery — our own van service for addresses inside Miri. Same-day or next-working-day in most cases.
• Pos Malaysia / Poslaju — nationwide courier for parcels going outside Miri.
• Sarawak bus transport — economical option for inter-town deliveries within Sarawak.
• Lorry transport — for bulk orders or heavy items within East Malaysia.

Not every method is available to every destination. The checkout will show you the options valid for your address.

Free delivery in Miri

All orders delivered within Miri City ship free of charge — no minimum spend required. Outside Miri, standard shipping rates apply based on weight and destination.

Weight & charges

Product weights on this site are listed as accurately as we can, so the charge you see at checkout reflects what the courier actually charges us. A few notes:

• A packaging allowance of 0.5 kg is added to every order to cover box, padding, and protective wrap.
• Listed weights are the product itself — they don't include packaging.
• For very large or fragile items, we may contact you with a revised quote before dispatch.

How long it takes

• Miri City: 1–4 working days after payment is confirmed.
• Within Sarawak: 5–7 working days.
• Other destinations (Peninsular Malaysia & Sabah): 7–10 working days.
• Public holidays, severe weather, and remote postcodes can add a day or two.

Tracking your order

Once your parcel ships, we'll send the tracking number to your registered email and WhatsApp. You can also view it from My Account → Order History.

If something goes wrong

If your parcel hasn't arrived in the expected window, is damaged in transit, or you've received the wrong item, contact us as soon as you can so we can sort it out. Keep the original packaging if possible — we may need photos for the courier claim.
